Today we took Lucy and Stratus and hike up Red Lodge Mountain. One of the best thing about pre-season is that the dogs get to go with us to mountain. Willow and Walla stayed home and neither is very happy about it. This was Stratus's first ski trip. He seems to have difficultly controlling his speed and direction. He ran into me twice.

Hey, speed and direction are very touchy things to control, especially all at once! I, myself, have a hard time with speed and direction. I'm either slowly moving in the right direction or rapidly motivating the wrong way....and I'm not trying to pull a sled!
