Living with Almost Rich and Famous
Willow's nose is so bent out of shape she has not be able to blog for a long period of time. You might not realize how hard it is for a German Shepard/Husky mix- "I am NOT a sled dog" to live with the almost rich and famous sled dogs, Lucy and Walla Walla.
This year not only did three of Lucy's littermates go to the Iditarod so did Walla Walla's sister, Vadalia.
Vadalia, is the white one that looks like Walla Walla (Okay, your guess is as good as mine.) Rumor has it she ran lead for Chris Adkins, a rookie, out of Sand Coulee, MT, who finished 50th.

I am sure I also mentioned that Hoover was running for Trent Herbst. Trent finished 49th.
Ladybird and Martha were on Pat Moon's team. Unfortunately, Pat hit a tree and had to scratch.
Lucy and Walla Walla are very proud of their sisters accomplishments but they assure me they could do better. Of course they would have stop sleeping inside and having cheese microwaved on top of their food. So I don't foresee either of them hitting the Iditarod Trail anytime soon.
As for Willow, we are coming into her favorite season, the to Hot to Mush season. After a few good Frisbee days she should be ready to blog again.

The Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race is On
I know some of you are awaiting my post from the Iditarod. I have so much to say that I can't seem to get it all down. I am trying to get a detailed account down for my class at Mallow's Adventures. I only have a few days, uploaded so far but I am working on it.
I can't decided what part I liked best, maybe the dogs
